Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you. Please note this policy applies to full priced items only, refunds or exchanges are not permitted on sale items.

We have four rules of returns - returns must be:

1. Made within 14 days from receipt of goods.
2. Unused and Unopened in their original packaging.
3. In the same box you received your item in.
4. Name & Order Number included with return.

To prevent damage in the returns process, please be sure to package the items well.

Refund Timing:
We will aim to refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return.

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.

The Party Cupboard is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.

Return Charges:
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, The Party Cupboard will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. All “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost. All Postage incurred is non-refundable.

Change of mind exchanges and returns:
We do our best to ensure that the image and description on the website are an accurate depiction of the product. If you are still not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase unopened in its original packaging. Once our Quality Control team confirms that the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued.

All “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost. 

All Postage incurred is non-refundable.

Exchanges and refunds for faulty items:
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods for details of how to return your item for an exchange or refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels:
In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to The Party Cupboard as undeliverable, a returned parcel fee of $25 will apply.
